A. How is my order shipped and how do you calculate the shipping?

UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.

There is never a handling charge.

For larger orders we will negotiate the lowest LTL rates.

Cost of shipping is based on UPS dimensional rates

Craft Ez makes every effort to ensure that your shipment has been

made to the highest standards of quality. In the event that an error or damage occurs, the following procedure must be followed.

Damage/Loss

Any damage or loss incurred in transit is the responsibility of the carrier.

For UPS Shipments

1. Notify us within 2 business days of receipt.

2. Retain the merchandise AND packing material for inspection by UPS.

3. If we are not notified within 2 days we cannot make a claim.

For Truck Shipments

1. All shipments must be inspected for damage or loss immediately and must be noted on the carriers

Bill of Lading.

2. Signing for a delivery constitutes your acceptance of the delivery as complete.

3. You must notify Craft EZ immediately of any discrepancies or damage.

B.What about returning the product?

Return will be at Craft EZ 's discretion. Stock items ordered in error may be returned after

authorization – freight must be prepaid - duty and processing charges as well as a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your credit.

C.Are there dollar minimums to order and is the shipping included in the order?

There are no minimum order amounts.

Unfortunately , the expense of shipping is totally out of our control , as it is for

anyone in business . We have negotiated favourable rates with UPS and use

a shipping broker for larger shipments ( they search the market for the best rate

at any one time ) .

D. What method of payment do you except?

We accept Visa,Mastercard,AmericanExpress and Discover

only through the internet service *PayPal (a division of E Bay).

*PayPal is a 3rd party that accepts payment on our behalf. Basically, you pay PayPal,

they pay us. As soon as we recieve payment we will process your order.

F.How sturdy are the mini-stacker cabinets?

The mini-stackables are designed to hold 200 lbs. Each caster is approx. 2 1/2" high.

This product comes with a 1-year warranty?

G. What size paper will the crafters drawers hold?

The drawers will hold paper up to a maximum size of 11 7/8" by 12 7/8". (30cm by 32.5cm) The 2" drawer will hold up to approx. 150 sheets of paper and the 1" drawer will hold up to approx 50 sheets. You may store your 12x12 size scrapbook paper in the drawers but it is a tight fit. Our Paper Shelves have been designed primarily to hold your scrapbook papers.

H. What are the Crafters cabinets made of?

Cabinets are made from durable 3/4 inch stain resistant Melamine, assembled with bolt and cam locks. Casters can hold up to 200 lbs. Drawers are made of high impact plastic and come with a one year replacement warranty.

J.Can the drawers be stacked together outside the cabinet?

Yes, we have designed them to interlock together when stacking the drawers. This will prevent any slipping when you have them out at your work space.
